Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy
At TOPESSENTIALSCO, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience. Please review our policies regarding order cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds before placing your order.
1. Order Cancellation & Modifications
Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.
Requests for cancellation or modification must be submitted within 12 hours of payment confirmation.
Once order processing, packaging, or shipping has begun, cancellations can no longer be accommodated.
Cancellations are subject to a processing fee deduction of 6.9% + $1, which covers administrative and payment processing costs.
2. Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return window from the date of purchase or 14 days from the date of delivery, whichever is later. The following conditions apply:
Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all original packaging and components.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defective, incorrect, or damaged item.

3. Refund Policy
Refunds may be issued under the following circumstances:
The product does not arrive within the guaranteed delivery timeframe, arrives damaged, or is incorrect.
Sufficient documentation (e.g., unpacking video/photos, order number, and customer name) must be provided.
Refunds for buyer’s remorse are permitted, but the customer bears the return shipping fees.
Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and passes inspection.
4. Exchange Policy
If your item is undelivered due to a shipping carrier error, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.
If incorrect shipping information is provided by the customer, the cost of the replacement item is the customer’s responsibility.
5. Exceptions & Limitations
Refunds and returns will not be granted in the following cases:
Orders delayed due to customer-related issues, including incorrect shipping information or failure to respond to delivery attempts.
Items in transit cannot be canceled.
Pre-order and custom-made products are non-refundable and non-returnable, unless defective.
Products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery are not eligible for compensation.
Returns caused by customs detention, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
6. Undeliverable Packages
If a delivery fails, our team will attempt to contact the customer using the email address provided.
If no response is received due to incorrect contact information, and the package is returned or destroyed, we are not liable for the resulting loss.
7. International Shipping Advisory
International orders may incur customs duties or import fees, depending on your country’s regulations.
We advise customers to carefully review their cart and shipping details before placing an international order, as returns and cancellations due to shipping costs or customs issues are generally not accepted.
